As an evolving guide, teacher, and facilitator for more than 40 years, Dale’s classes and courses share techniques, tools and practices to support wellness, inner calm, and self-awareness.

Given the Buddhist name Joyful Path of the Heart in 1993 by Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Dale weaves the spirit of that name into all of her work. Her training in multiple modalities and wellness practices are skillfully blended into a unique mix of classes and courses.

Today, more than ever, the ability to call upon tools and practices that support our health and wellbeing is essential. Through the practice of wisdom traditions like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, we can access our own core strength and resilience. All classes and courses are ultimately designed to relieve stress, and participation results in better quality sleep, reduced tensions and chronic pain, and increased strength and flexibility, in both body and mind.

Dale has worked directly with people in all parts of Canada, and currently works as a Mindfulness Facilitator with the Center for Mindfulness in Public Safety. Her work makes it possible for everyone to learn to tap into our capacity to age well, adapt to change, build skills, and discover a deeper, more resilient aspect of ourselves.

Every session invites us into a deep state of relaxation and mindful awareness, which is the ground upon which our capacity to experience health, happiness and self-acceptance begins.
