Service Description
As we age, we become increasingly aware of how our health and wellbeing are foundational to all of our hopes and dreams. When we feel at ease, healthy, and balanced, we also feel more able to create and contribute to the world we want. We increase our optimism, our resilience, and our capacity to be present with each moment. Chair Yoga and Qi Gong sessions are designed to support our experience of all of the above. They are excellent and accessible ways for all individuals, including older adults, individuals coping with flexibility or balance issues, or for those recuperating from joint issues or chronic pain to manage stress, reduce inflammation, cultivate joy, enhance breath, strengthen muscles, and improve circulation of qi and blood. Practice also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance. We experience improved physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We’ll overlay breath work, mindfulness, bouncing (shaking medicine), and tapping with postures that will be challenging and ultimately relaxing. We’ll experience each session simultaneously alone and online with others, which fosters commitment and inspiration. With modifications and tips, each participant will meet their personal edge with confidence. Cancellation Policy
Private sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 am and 3 pm. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please e-mail (anndalepearson@icloud.com) if you would like further information regarding intake and specific goals. Classes and Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Courses may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start of the first session.
