Gentle Yin and Deep Relaxation
Service Description
This class is a truly low and slow, calming and gentle approach to integrating body and mind within a deep state of relaxation so that we can meet the ubiquitous stresses of daily life with strength and equanimity. Using breath work, guided meditation, and gentle Yin Yoga movement to fully embody our experience, we enter a state of deep relaxation that nourishes our well being and supports improved sleep, gentle flow of qi, and mindful awareness. Ideal for beginners and for people who feel limited in terms of flexibility. They say "the way out is the way in". Here we very gently meet ourselves and release long held tensions in our body, relax our minds, and invite in our deepest longing to be well and live with ease.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 am and 3 pm. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please e-mail (anndalepearson@icloud.com) if you would like further information regarding intake and specific goals. Classes and Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Courses may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start of the first session.
