Service Description
"The moment you choose to be present with your energy, to let your qi flow gently and unrestricted, is the moment you begin to heal and transform. This series will not only address our fascia and physical tensions, but will use The Chakras as a guide to deeper understanding of our energetic self. " Dale Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful practice that takes us deep into a field of self discovery. These eight sessions will prepare us for a relaxed, peaceful, and joyful holiday season where we can be at our healthiest best, and then lead us into the New Year with calm and focus. You can keep each live session as a video recording emailed to you on the day of practice, and follow me whenever a mindful practice is needed or convenient. In these sessions we activate and nourish our connective tissues, awaken the energetic meridians to promote health, and cultivate mindful awareness. We will work with The Chakras, an energetic blueprint to our well-being. Each chakra relates specifically to an area of the body, muscle groups and fascia, various organ systems, and energies that the body holds. We'll find balance and energetic flow. This practice is available to everyone regardless of age or physical level of wellness. Participation can open the door to a new sense of self care and equanimity. Expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation and release throughout your whole body in this practice that will access your parasympathetic nervous system and leave you feeling restored and refreshed. You will sense a deep release of long held tensions that may reside in your muscles, joints and connective tissues. At the same time, Yin teaches us how to be calm and accepting, leading to a deeper sense of happiness and contentment. “Although I thought that I was over most of my stress, it (Yin) brought it down even further to the point that I am now able to make life changing decisions regarding issues that were on my mind but previously couldn't really deal with.” Cheryl S. “As an athlete I hadn’t even realized how much the tightness in my fascia was restricting my flexibility. Cancellation Policy
Private sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 am and 3 pm. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please e-mail (anndalepearson@icloud.com) if you would like further information regarding intake and specific goals. Classes and Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Courses may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start of the first session.
