Service Description

Sometimes personal focus is needed to help us make meaningful change. Private coaching can move us forward in new ways with a deeper self understanding, new skills, self confidence, and the inspiration to get started. Sessions are one hour, and each session is curated to meet your specific needs, using the tools of stress management, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and self inquiry to get to the heart of your desire to live a happier, healthier, life. Discover more than 40 shareable ways that you can incorporate simple techniques and strategies into your every day life. Learn breathing patterns to bring immediate ease to a stress-filled moment, somatic breathing to harmonize body and breath more fully, guided practices that offer deep relaxation and release of tension, EFT Tapping as a tool to meaningful change, guided visualizations and ways in which we can free ourselves of specific pains and holdings, yoga postures to ease specific conditions, vagus nerve activation, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. Dale has worked with these experiential teachings and practices for more than 40 years.


Cancellation Policy

Private sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 am and 3 pm. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Please e-mail (anndalepearson@icloud.com) if you would like further information regarding intake and specific goals. Classes and Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Courses may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start of the first session.
