Yin Yoga This Fall

Hi, everyone,


We've been having a beautiful summer, with some amazing sessions of Yoga in the Garden. The weather has been perfect for sessions in the shade while we lie under beautiful blue skies, and we will continue with Yoga in the Garden as long as the weather permits. But all good things must come to an end eventually, and I am looking to September for some nurturing indoor sessions as we transition into fall.


There is a beautiful studio at Peak Performance (in the Superstore building) and I will be doing a morning class and an early evening class there. I'm also planning to do a couple of workshops that will take us a little deeper into our practice and build on our knowledge of self care and good health, while also being fun and experiential.

As we juggle schedules and serve others, its important to claim some time for our own wellbeing, in a world that continues to challenge us and demand resilience, compassion, and fortitude. Yin yoga supports this and helps us to be grounded, flexible and strong, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
