New Sessions Beginning

Just a short reminder that we will soon begin two new 8 week blocks of Yin, one online and one live at Wall Street. Please check "Sessions" on the website to register, or drop me an email at anndalepearson@icloud.com.


Yoga in the Garden - ongoing as weather permits, Mondays at 5:30 pm.

Yin With the Elements Online - July 31 to September 18, 11:00 am.

Yin With the Elements Live - September 4 to October 23, 5:20 pm.


Every session is low and slow, designed to nourish us and inform us, help us make friends with our body, and bring us into a deeply relaxed state where we can heal and refresh.


These new sessions of Yin Yoga will focus on the Five Elements and the 12 Meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. While each posture gently impacts our muscles and joints, influences our deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments and tendons) and invites inner awareness and peace of mind, each posture also gently transforms the flow of qi in our bodies, and brings balance to our flow of energy.


In Taoist cosmology, qi exists in the heavens, on earth and in the body. Qi is energy, a kind of motive force, fundamental to life. We'll include a little Qi Gong, some key accupressure points, guided relaxation and metta practice, as we deepen our sense of interoception (our capacity to hear and feel what our body is telling us) and leave feeling happy and relaxed.
