Year of the Tiger

Hello, everyone,
I just posted four sessions of Chair and Qi for the month of February. Since this is the beginning of the Year of the Tiger, we’ll focus on cultivating bravery, flexibility and strength. The capacity to move with agility. A few acupressure points will focus on reducing pain in various joints and muscles so that we can move with the fluidity of a tiger:)

This class is a wonderful blend of movement, mindfulness, and developing self care and resiliency. It's fun, friendly and will leave you feeling grrrrrreat!
